If you’re in Denver, downtown (particularly on a Sunday morning), do not miss Dixon’s. It’s next door to the Tattered Cover (books!) and serves excellent am (bloody mary’s!) and pm (margaritas) cocktails. You can’t beat the pile of guacamole that $6 will buy either.
