It takes me 5 hours to make Monkey Bread. My neighbor just gave me her recipe, which uses store-bought dough, and looks to take about 30 minutes to make. Plus, I love how the recipe suggests using baking as a lead-in to a fire safety discussion.

edit: dough from scratch is always better, but the 30-minute option is nice.
